Bed was broken dipped on the middle! Kids everywhere from employees! Found out family pays sales tax to stay there! Not cool! I paid 150 to stay and their family paid sales tax to fill up the hotel. Nightmare to relax kids carriers babies to the pool no adults ! I will be disputing my stay ?, I checked out early to another room they were able to rent with a broken bed. Next night trying to relax mass amount of kids all night what a joke! I came cause I have a health condition I needed to relax. Not! Shame on you hilton! I'm gonna sue you!

Booking.com messed up my reservation the hotel couldn't find my name in their guest list. but Trinity one of the hotel staff help me out patiently and make the whole experience better. Trinity is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and close to places to eat and entertainment. The swimming pool and the facility is clean.

This place is excellent! a five star hotel without the five star price tag! We were so shocked and impressed at how immaculate the entire establishment is; To the last detail. Loaded with amenities, and without question the nicest staff in the area. The absolute best part: PET FRIENDLY! Staff welcomed our “kids” and there’s even a little extra treat at the front desk for your furry children. Beds, pillows, Towels, everything top notch and oh so comfy! What an affordable gem! We would recommend this place in West Jordan to the pickiest of travelers where money is no object, to the family of four vacationing on a budget. And did I mention the pool? First class stay, five stars.

The staff was great and was always making sure we were taken care of. And they greeted me with a smile each time, that's so important in customer service and some places just don't do that much any more. Each time I come through The WJ, well be staying here.

Been coming to this hotel on business since it was built. Staff are always Utah friendly Breakfast is good (especially the sausage patties- loved those)

The staff was excellent and very nice. Just a great atmosphere. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, just a wonderful stay and will stay here every time we visit.
